This qualification for busy executives combines academic recognition with highly practical delivery. The programme considers the crucial role of strategic leadership and how it can be used to enhance the collective performance of people. Effective leadership is a critical differentiation factor which allows businesses to survive, thrive and gain a unique competitive edge.
